We use dropshipping to fulfill your orders, which means that after you place an order, it is sent directly to the supplier for fulfillment. The supplier then ships the product to you.

Order Processing: Once you place an order on our website, we process the order and forward it to our supplier.

Shipping: The supplier will ship the product directly to you, and we’ll send you an email with the tracking number once it’s shipped.

Shipping Times: As our products are sourced from suppliers across various regions, delivery times may vary based on the product’s origin and destination.

3. Shipping Policy

We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible, and that includes making shipping transparent.

  • Shipping Times: Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Standard shipping time ranges from 7–14 business days, depending on the product’s origin and your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery (please note these options may be subject to availability).
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges vary depending on the size, weight, and location of your order. You will see the shipping fee at checkout before confirming your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on certain products or order totals. You will be notified of such offers at checkout.

  • Eligibility for Return: You can return most items within 24hours from the date you received your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Return Process: To request a return, please email us at support@homexfashions.com within 24hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process, which typically includes sending the item back to the supplier or manufacturer. Once the return is processed, we will either provide you with a full refund or offer an exchange, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Return Shipping Costs: In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we will help you select a replacement from our store. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your exchange item costs more, we will charge the difference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take the quality of our products seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or defective product, including any packaging damage.
  • We will either offer a replacement or refund based on stock availability and the severity of the damage.
  • Return shipping costs for damaged or defective products will be covered by us.

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and forwarded to the supplier, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
