General Policy

At HomeXFashions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have a No Refund Policy for products that are damaged, used, or non-defective. However, we provide solutions for defective products, incorrect orders, and returns that meet the criteria below.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • You must notify us within 24hours of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@homexfashions.com within 24hours of receipt.
  • Provide order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and an address for returning the product.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged product, wrong item sent).

Packaging: Ensure the returned product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Replacement or Store Credit

If your return is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement: A like-for-like product replacement, subject to stock availability.
  • Store Credit: If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit for the full purchase value, valid for 1 year.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photographs of the defect.
  • We will arrange for a free return and replacement, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the product has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We may revise our Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
